December 17, "Spiritual Growth " training course was held by Guangzhou Wentian Information, Co., Ltd. in Xiamen Yunding Hotel. The training is our first time large-scale training since the establishment, in which a total of fifteen staff from financial department, technology department, manufacturing department, quality department took part.
Chairman Zhang, general manager Mr. Jiang and Mr. Wen all attached great importance to this training. Mr. Jiang and Mr. Wen also specifically went to the hotel to give guidance and assistance. The training co-organizer was Xiamen Jucheng Limited Liability Company, the tutor was from Guangzhou Wentian. The spiritual growth course mainly included high-quality communication, filial piety, establishing good interpersonal relationships, competition to win (teamwork), etc..
The tutor had a deep understanding of the spiritual growth, and rich experience in teaching. He linked theory with practice in teaching, which made it interesting and active. The tutor had his original views for every link, and also emphasized difference between traditional learning and experiential learning, so that students have grasped the essence of this training. During the course, discussion on business management and regimen also benefited every student. Particularly the game of competition left deep impression on us, such as the count off game. If the whole team fails, the captain undertakes the responsibility, similarly, the boss undertakes the responsibility if any problem happens in enterprises competition. We paid high attention to the whole course and benefited a lot from this "Spiritual Growth " training course, the importance of cherishing our own life, being thankful to people around, having the courage to undertake responsibility. This training also increased the employees loyalty, sense of responsibility and mission, and had our soul improved.
December 18, Mr. Jiang and Mr. Wen congratulated to all students after the successful training. Each student was eager to express thanks to the company for the training, and their spirit was improved. They will behave more actively in the future work and make Good EP become the industry leader. After dinner, everybody also lifted Mr. Jiang, Mr. Wen and Mr. Huang into the air to express their feelings. How exciting!
